multitudes on monday (131-135) (spring edition!)

Today I am thankful for:

131. The gorgeous weather we have been having in the Flathead Valley.  Sun!  Warmth!

132. A chance to get outside and walk. I'm loving the way my muscles actually feel like I'm using them!  And who can beat that wonderful fresh air here in Montana?

133. A daughter who "ruined my mad" tonight by singing "Edelweiss" when I was seriously annoyed with her.

134. The incredible blessing of being asked to be a godparent (with my husband) to a precious baby boy.  Last week, I had the privilege of attending his baptism and what joy!

135. Girls' night out with my lady friends.  What a joy to have so many lovely woman friends who I can truly be myself with!

BONUS: The chance to dig in the dirt and pot a geranium plant and some seeds today.  How hopeful planting is!

What are you thankful for today?

  3. Hi Rebecca; we've had an 'early Summer' in the UK for about a week too, but now Scotland has had snow! You know they say the British Isles is the place if you want 4 seasons in one day! Oh well, such is life!

  5. I love reading your Multitudes of Mondays posts! That is one thing I am grateful for and I LOVE the author of this blog and her family! That is a BIG gratitude to God that!

@Tim...Re all four seasons in one day in the British Isles. Interesting fact! I hadn't heard that before...However, I thought that was unique to Iowa! :-)

  6. Hi Rebecca; certain parts of the UK are magnificent, really remote, beautiful and picturesque; I think you'd love it to be honest. Also, we often have towns and cities in the UK and Ireland that are centuries old, some started by the Romans and others by the Vikings and so on; so if you like history you'd love it as well.

I've always wanted to visit the US too; if I ever make my fortune I certainly will go all over! Especially the deserts and the wilderness; that would be magnificent!

@Pam....Yeah, it's been unusual for the last two weeks here; unseasonally warm and mild, and then cold and snow in some parts. I envy the fact that America is so H U G E! So many places to see and all so different.
